Job Title: Admin cum Assistant HR (Female)

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 (All Inclusive) {based on experience and qualifications}
About the Role
We are a diversified business group engaged in Food & Beverage / Hospitality. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented female Admin cum Assistant HR to support both administrative operations and HR functions across the group. This role is ideal for someone organized, people-focused, and eager to grow in the HR and administration field.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support
- Assist HR Manager/Executive with day-to-day HR operations.
- Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and preparing job postings.
- Help in employee onboarding by preparing documentation, collecting required forms, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing of HR-related documents.
- Keep track of employees’ visa expiry and insurance expiry, and coordinate renewals in a timely manner with the PRO.
- Keep track of trade licenses, establishment cards, and other government-related documents, ensuring timely renewal.
- Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data (attendance, leave records, etc.).
Administration
- Manage office administration, including stationery, office supplies, and petty cash expenses.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Organize travel bookings, visa applications, and logistics for staff and management.
- Prepare and maintain company records, reports, and databases as required.
- Coordinate with service providers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with clients for the renewal of leases and new lease agreements, and provide all necessary requirements/documents as needed.
- Support in scheduling meetings, drafting letters, and other clerical duties.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries.
- Support HR Manager in handling staff grievances in a professional manner.
- Assist in arranging staff training, team activities, and company events.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in administration and/or HR support, preferably within the UAE.
- Prior exposure to multi-sector businesses is an advantage.
Key Competencies:
- Female candidates only.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of basic HR and administrative processes.
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Professional, approachable, and discreet in handling sensitive matters.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
