Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized HR admin cum Receptionist - (Female) to join our team in Dubai JAFZA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in HR administration while managing front-desk responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Office Administration:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls.
- Manage meeting rooms, office supplies, and general cleanliness of the reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with company security procedures.
HR Support:
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes. (Documentation, ID cards, access passes, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and JAFZA documentation.
- Support HR team in organizing employee events, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data. (Attendance, leaves, etc.)
- Draft and issue employment contracts, offer letters, NOCs, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with JAFZA labor rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within JAFZA.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and JAFZA-specific regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – English.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Experience:
- HR admin job: 2-4 years (Required).
