The job location is Aweer Fruits and Vegetable market.
Job Purpose:
- To handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and coordinating meetings and travel for executives.
- To Prepare reports and presentations, organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing budget monitoring.
- To work with HR on employee records, liaise with vendors and clients, and support team members as needed.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives and staff members, ensuring optimal time management and organization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, engaging presentations, and other essential documentation for meetings, enhancing the quality of information shared.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy accessibility.
- Oversee the inventory of office supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, and purchasing requests, facilitating smooth operations within the office.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to manage employee records, attendance, and vacation schedules, promoting a well-organized workforce.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless business operations and foster positive relationships.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support for various projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Offer support and assistance to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
