What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Provide clear, helpful responses about our products
- Prepare accurate quotations and order details to clients
- Liaise with our internal departments — sales, warehouse, and logistics — to ensure smooth customer journeys
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to support team operations
- Occasionally support photoshoots and events in the studio
What We’re Looking For:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A warm, professional, and approachable attitude
- Organization and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or customer service
Position Details:
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Full-Time | 6 Days a Week
- Immediate start preferred
