Your Role Will Include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Providing clear, helpful information about our products
- Preparing accurate quotations and order details for clients
- Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Handling daily administrative tasks to support team operations
- Occasionally assisting with studio photoshoots and events
What We’re Looking For:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A warm, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or customer service
Position Details:
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Full-time | 6 days per week
- Immediate start preferred
