Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support administrative personnel in the Home Division to ensure efficient operations and adherence to organizational standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Home Division by managing logistics, procurement coordination, office procedures, and other tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing and provide all the paperwork, office procedures and other administrative tasks to facilitate operational requirements of the Home Division.
- Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as appropriate.
- Provides administrative documents including tender specifications, client quotations, vendor purchase orders, agreements and contracts, etc.
- Coordinates and facilitates the supply and maintenance of office equipment, whenever required.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in providing admin, logistics, and procurement support
- Must have experience in using Dynamics 365
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field
