F&B Admin and Sales Coordinator

We’re looking for an Admin and Sales Coordinator to join our growing F&B team! If you’re organized, customer-focused, and a proactive problem solver, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to process orders accurately and on time
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Assist in customer follow-ups and after-sales service
- Maintain and update customer database and sales reports
Administrative Support
- Handle administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and office supply management
- Support procurement and inventory tracking for F&B products
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics for smooth operations
- Prepare reports and assist in presentations and marketing materials
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or administrative/sales support preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team
