Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and other leasing documents in coordination with the leasing team and legal advisors.
• Maintain and regularly update the leasing database and tenant records using Yardi property management software, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the processing and registration of Ejari contracts, liaising with relevant government authorities and tenants to ensure compliance with Dubai’s regulatory requirements.
• Generate and compile leasing reports including occupancy rates, rent roll, payment status, and lease expiry notifications using Yardi and other tools.
• Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries related to leasing documentation, rental payments, and lease terms, providing timely and professional responses.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams and other departments.
• Ensure all leasing activities and documentation adhere to company policies, RERA regulations, and other local property laws.
• Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence, drafting emails, maintaining filing systems, and organizing calendars and meetings for the leasing team.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in leasing administration, property management, or a similar real estate support role, preferably within retail or shopping mall environments.
• Proven professional experience working with Yardi property management software is highly preferred, with strong skills in database management and report generation.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and other departments including tenant’s.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s Ejari system, RERA regulations, and local leasing laws is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute positively to a fast-paced team environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an added benefit.
