Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies management and facility coordination
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
- Ensure timely follow-up on office maintenance and administrative tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Support HR and finance teams in administrative documentation and filing
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle tasks independently and maintain discretion
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
