Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
- Support day-to-day operations of healthcare and administrative staff
- Maintain patient records and data confidentiality
- Coordinate with medical teams and external agencies
- Prepare reports and assist in inventory and procurement tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry systems
