Administrative Assistant (UAE National)
Dubai, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role you will get to participate in delivering a wide range of exciting transportation projects across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting directly to the Technical Director - Transportation
Supporting organization of team in delivery of multiple critical projects across the region
Producing documents, presentations under the direction of the Technical Director.
Administering correspondence, work plans, maintaining records.
General administration tasks supporting a large team (>80 staff)
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
High school diploma (or equivalent).
Knowledge in using Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good English language communication skills - both written and oral
Excellent organizational skills and dedication to timely completion of task, with attention to detail.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
1+ years of relevant work experience in administration.
Enthusiasm and dedication to high performance.
Analytical skills to review and enhance existing work processes.
Creativity in developing new or improved systems and processes for more efficient delivery.
Good interpersonal skills for working in a culturally diverse team.
