Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and numerically proficient Administrative Coordinator to support coordination efforts between the bank and the Back Office operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth communication, data accuracy, and timely follow-up of key administrative and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and information flow between the bank and the Back Office team.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform data entry and verification with a strong focus on numerical accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of financial data and operational reports.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to administrative and transactional matters.
- Support the team with various administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines in all administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a financial or banking environment.
- Strong numerical and calculation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and comfortable working with spreadsheets and data systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
