Job Qualification:
- Female only
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English language in both verbal and written.
- Shall have a strong Food and Beverage background.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in GCC countries.
- At least 2 years working in UAE.
- Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
- Ability to multitask is preferred.

Job Description: Role and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Manage overseas/ local couriers, incoming and outgoing mails.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations and support the management with administrative duties.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Work closely with the HR & Admin department to handle administrative duties.
- Assist the Management (as and when required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Admin: 2 years (Required)
- Food and Beverage: 2 years (Preferred)
