Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage course schedules, student enrollments, and inquiries
Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations
Handle communication with students and parents in English, Arabic, and Chinese
Support marketing and promotion of educational programs
Engage in sales activities – converting inquiries to enrollments (commission-based)
Maintain student records and follow up for payments or documentation
Requirements:
Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Chinese is a plus.
Previous experience in administration or sales.
Friendly, proactive, and organized personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Compensation:
Commission: Attractive sales commission based on performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
