Job Description
Persian Business Setup is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and expand our affiliate marketing programs across the UAE. If you are a creative, results-oriented professional with expertise in partnership management and performance marketing, this role offers an exciting challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Manage and grow the affiliate partner network, including influencers and business affiliates
- Analyze campaign data to optimize ROI and reduce CAC
- Monitor performance to ensure campaigns align with company objectives
- Build strong relationships with partners and initiate new collaborations
- Utilize platforms such as Everflow, HubSpot, and Power BI to streamline processes and monitor performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing in the UAE
- Deep understanding of models like CPS, CPA, CPC, CPM
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as TUNE, Partnerize, or Rakuten
- Strong analytical skills using Power BI, Google Analytics, and similar tools
- Excellent interpersonal and partner management skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Solid knowledge of the UAE market and ability to identify new opportunities
