Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and professional After-Sales Maintenance & Service Supervisor/Manager to lead our post-delivery service operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing all maintenance and service requests after the handover of floating houses or boats to clients. This includes repairs, periodic maintenance, upgrades, and customer support—ensuring the highest levels of service quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to after-sales service and maintenance requests.
- Supervise on-site repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Evaluate whether requests fall under warranty or not.
- Prepare accurate and clear quotations for service requests and follow up on their status.
- Lead, assign, and train the maintenance team (technicians, electricians, mechanics).
- Ensure high-quality execution and immediate readiness of systems post-service.
- Manage materials, spare parts, and inventory efficiently to minimize waste and delays.
- Document all work performed and generate clear technical reports.
- Provide professional support to clients and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Operations, Accounts) for smooth execution.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure minimal disruption to clients.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales service and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage field teams and interact with customers.
- Capable of working under pressure and handling urgent customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
