Position overview:
As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying in an off-plan primary market.
Key responsibilities:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored property recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements in off-plan and primary real estate markets.
- Provide expert advice and insights to clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of each property type.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to promote available properties.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress.
Requirements:-
- Sales Proficiency: Ability to sell properties, meet sales targets, and close deals efficiently.
- Networking: Ability to build relationships with clients, developers, other agents, and industry professionals.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., MS Office).
- Experience: 1-2 year in Off-plan primary market in Dubai Real Estate.
- Language: English (Required) other languages are a plus.
- Education: Must have at least a degree or high school diploma.
Compensation & Benefits:-
- Fixed salary with commission
- Visa Support: The company will provide visa sponsorship (where applicable) to support your employment.
- Training: One week comprehensive training will be provided to ensuring you have all the necessary tools to succeed in the industry.
- Competitive Salary: A fixed salary will be provided, with different commission structure based on performance.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
