Role Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing team. This commission-based role is best suited for individuals who are proactive, sales-driven, and capable of working in a high-paced, multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from major developers across Dubai.
- Guide clients through the property buying process, offering professional advice and support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new and repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with project launches, market trends, and developer offerings.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (off-plan preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Hindi, or Urdu are highly desirable.
- Motivated, presentable, and well-spoken.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- UAE driving license preferred.
