Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Arabic Graphic Designer and Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, the ability to create compelling Arabic visual content, and hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
This is a dual-role opportunity that combines graphic design for Arabic-speaking audiences with media buying and performance marketing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns tailored to Arabic audiences.
- Ensure cultural relevance and localization of all creative assets.
- Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Design static and animated creatives (motion graphics a plus).
Media Buying
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest creative/data-driven improvements.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, placements, and messaging.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic (native level) and proficient in English.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus).
- Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Premiere Pro is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of Arabic design aesthetics and audience preferences.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in performance marketing or eCommerce.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
