Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing acoustic isolation scope of project.
- Understanding acoustical requirements of the project.
- Undergoing load and acoustical calculations for material selection.
- Calculation and Estimation of material costing and quantities.
- Preparation of commercial offer with technical details.
- Understanding and preparing of Acoustic Report.
- Should undergo material selection with manufactures advice.
- Preparing acoustical design with respect to the site condition.
- Preparing Shop Drawings for implementation at site.
- Assisting in material technical submittal documents.
- Calculating the quantity in coordination with site team.
- Assisting in timeframe calculation of the project.
- Assisting the site team for installation and site proceedings throughout the project.
- Attending Client meetings.
- Preparation of site progressive reports.
- Ability to work under pressure
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preferably with the Experience of Acoustic work.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction, or similar
- Experience in a similar role.
- Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and Acoustic design.
- Knowledgeable in Autocad and MS Office
- Great organizational skills.
- Superb project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
