Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary direction and execution for all locations under the brand.
- Develop seasonal and promotional menus aligned with brand standards and cost goals
- Maintain food cost and COGS %
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all outlets
- Oversee kitchen STAFF training and development
- Collaborate with Executive Chef, and procurement regarding supplier management for sampling
- Implement and monitor all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, Dubai Municipality guidelines, etc.)
- Ensure all outlets comply with Dubai’s health and safety regulations including PIC and BFS certifications
- Monitor and control waste management, kitchen efficiency, delivery ratings, and food quality
- Work closely with Executive Chef, FOH operations, marketing, and other executive leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/corporate chef role
- Proven track record in casual dining and fast food kitchen environments
- Hotel background is a strong advantage
- HACCP certification mandatory; PIC Level 3 and/or Basic Food Safety (BFS) required
- Strong leadership, communication, computer knowledge and team-building skillsAbility to travel between locations across the UAE as needed
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
