Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Area Manager who will oversee daily operations and manage a team, ensuring targets are met and clients are satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of brokers to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, hire, and build a broker team within your area.
- Drive sales growth and ensure consistent achievement of both individual and team KPIs.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
- Actively prospect, negotiate, and close real estate deals.
Requirements
- A proven track record in real estate sales and team management, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai.
- Prior team leader/management experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Having RERA.
- Valid driving license.
