Experience:
Preferred: 1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience in off-plan property in Dubai.
Essential: At least 6 months of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented individual to join our growing off-plan sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, especially in primary/launch properties, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell off-plan projects from top developers in Dubai.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current real estate market trends, launches, and pricing.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to site visits, presentations, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and market insights.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Regularly attend project launches, training, and networking events to stay updated with market offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
- Manage and update CRM with accurate client data and follow-up actions.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
