About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible, energetic, and organized Play Area Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our children's play area. The ideal candidate will ensure all activities and operations run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with local regulations. This role is key to maintaining a fun, clean, and secure environment where children can enjoy structured and free play.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all permits, safety certifications, and operational documents are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
Supervise and support a team of play attendants to deliver excellent service and maintain high safety standards.
Oversee daily play programs, events, and activities to ensure they are age-appropriate, engaging, and well-coordinated.
Monitor the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the play area and equipment.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of parent and child satisfaction.
Conduct regular training and briefings for staff on safety, customer service, and activity execution.
Prepare basic reports on attendance, incidents, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, early education, or recreational supervision preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Knowledge of local safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about working with children and families.
