Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Accounting faculty member with a PhD in Accounting or related field and at least 4 years of academic or professional experience. The candidate will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, develop curriculum, supervise student research, and engage in research and academic service.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach core accounting subjects (Financial Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, IFRS).
- Update course materials and integrate accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Conduct research and publish in academic journals.
- Mentor students and support academic activities.
- Participate in departmental and accreditation processes.
Qualifications
- PhD in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 4 years teaching/professional experience.
- Strong research record.
- Proficient in English.
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) and experience with online teaching are a plus.
