Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Implementation
Oversee the selection, deployment, and optimization of HR software and systems. Lead solution design, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitate training for business users.
- Process Automation:
Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive HR tasks for improved efficiency. Manage vendors and ensure successful project execution. Act as a project manager for HR technology projects.
- Data Management and Analytics & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and utilize HR data to inform decision-making and strategy. Develop and maintain HR dashboards for real time insights.
- System Integration:
Ensure seamless integration of new HR technologies with existing systems. Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to drive system compatibility and efficiency.
- Employee Support and Training:
Develop and conduct training programs to help employees effectively use new HR technologies. Provide ongoing support for system-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Compliance and Security:
Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure the implementation of robust security measures. Monitor system access controls and audit logs for risk mitigation.
- Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends and recommend innovative solutions. Regularly assess system effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
- AI & Automation
Explore and integrate AI solutions for predictive analytics and automated decision-making in HR operations.
Enhance chatbot and self-service capabilities for HR functions.
- System maintenance
Act as a super-user for master data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across HR platforms.
Oversee system maintenance and updates to optimize functionality.
