We are seeking a highly capable and strategic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing HR strategies that support business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring legal compliance in all HR matters.
This position requires a strong leader with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast talent needs and succession planning.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure hiring practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with company values.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a healthy workplace culture through employee engagement programs.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote open communication and employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management
- Design and manage performance evaluation systems.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and coaching employees toward achieving performance goals.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Regularly evaluate and benchmark compensation packages.
- Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain HR records and documentation.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Facilitate leadership development and cross-functional training.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or certification in HR is an advantage).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
