Meraki Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Production Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will support the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in coordinating workflows, managing resources, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Monitor production processes and operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Support the Production Manager in resource allocation and inventory management.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Assist in training and supervising production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare reports on production performance and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in production or manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
