Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee and manage our production operations within the marble industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the marble sector, with strong expertise in ArtCAM, AutoCAD, and CNC machine operations and programming. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading the production team to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
- Supervise and lead the production team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
- Review and interpret AutoCAD and ArtCAM drawings for marble cutting and design.
- Prepare and execute CNC programming for various production tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery, software, and production.
- Monitor raw material usage and manage production inventory effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards on the production floor.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality teams to streamline production processes.
- Analyze production data and implement improvements for increased efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the marble industry in a production or managerial role.
- Proficient in ArtCAM and AutoCAD for marble design and layout.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC machine operation and programming.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations within the industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience managing a team within a stone or marble fabrication environment.
