- Prepare fresh paneer by following the complete process: milk boiling, curdling, straining, pressing
- Maintain hygiene and follow food safety regulations strictly
- Meet daily production targets
- Clean and sanitize all dairy equipment regularly
- Assist in packing and labelling when needed
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in paneer or dairy production
- Preference will be given to candidates with UAE food factory experience
- Honest, hardworking, and physically fit
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and maintain production speed
- Accommodation and Transportation provided (if applicable)
