Job Description
- Greet customers at the workshop, identify their needs, and document the work to be performed on their vehicles.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles and estimated delivery times.
- Review the work performed, ensuring it meets quality standards before delivering the vehicle to the customer.
- Meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Track and control units entering and remaining in the workshop.
-Promote additional services and preventive maintenance recommendations based on customer needs.
-Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics to interpret and explain repairs to customers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-orientation and organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Ability to handle conflict situations and provide effective solutions.
