Job Summary:
The Automotive Inspector is responsible for thoroughly examining vehicles to ensure they meet safety, performance, and quality standards. This role involves identifying mechanical, structural, or cosmetic issues, verifying compliance with regulations, and preparing detailed inspection reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and diagnostic inspections on vehicles (pre-delivery, post-repair, trade-in, etc.).
- Inspect mechanical and electrical systems (engine, brakes, suspension, etc.) for functionality and safety.
- Check body structure and paintwork for damage, rust, or poor repair work.
- Ensure vehicles meet regulatory and safety compliance standards.
- Identify worn or damaged parts and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Document inspection results with clear and accurate reports.
- Communicate findings to service advisors, technicians, or customers.
- Stay updated with industry standards, tools, and inspection techniques.
- Assist in quality control processes for repair and service work.
- Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as an automotive inspector, mechanic, or technician.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the automotive industry.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (or relevant for your country).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with vehicle inspection tools (OBD scanners, gauges, lifts, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
