Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team(Auto Sales Representative). As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in auto and possess basic computer skills, excellent communication, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell automobiles to potential customers.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently demonstrating a results-driven approach.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in auto sales
2. Basic computer knowledge
3. Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Hindi
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
4. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving business growth and success.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
