We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Expert to join our sales team. The role involves direct engagement with customers, dealerships, and fleet buyers outside the showroom, promoting and selling vehicles or automotive products/services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and visit prospective customers in the assigned territory.
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Represent the company at trade shows, road shows, or promotional events.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, business fleets, and dealerships.
- Provide product demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with clients post-sale for feedback and upselling opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new selling opportunities.
- Report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Product Expertise:
- Maintain deep knowledge of current automotive models, specifications, features, and pricing.
- Advise customers on financing, insurance, and after-sales services.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Coordinate with the delivery and service departments for a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Technology is a plus).
- Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor or B2C/B2B automotive sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management and self-motivation.
