Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
Record complaints and vehicle symptoms accurately on the job card.
Explain service options, cost estimates, and timeframes clearly to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely repairs.
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
Perform final inspection and ensure job completion before vehicle delivery.
Promote additional services and maintenance packages where appropriate.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies and brand-specific service protocols.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Proficiency with compute diagnosing software.
