With new and modern facilities, we are looking for an experienced Service Managerto lead our workshop operations and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
- Manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
- Develop and implement service processes to enhance workflow and customer experience.
- Monitor service targets, workshop performance, and profitability.
- Prepare regular reports on workshop performance, KPIs, and budgets.
- Handle customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Manager / Workshop Manager in the automotive industry (minimum 5–7 years).
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicles (mechanical, electrical, diagnostics).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workshop.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
