As we scale, we are looking for a driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage RFQs, and lead our sourcing teams to maximum performance.
Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- RFQ Management – Ensuring all buyer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) are handled promptly, accurately, and with the highest level of professionalism.
- Vendor Development – Leading the sourcing team in identifying, vetting, and building strong relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers worldwide.
- Remote Team Leadership – Hiring, training, and managing a remote sourcing team, ensuring they are working at 100% efficiency and consistently meeting performance KPIs.
- Process Optimization – Streamlining operational workflows to improve response times, vendor reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align sourcing operations with company growth objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management (preferably in B2B ecommerce, sourcing, or supply chain).
- Strong understanding of RFQ workflows, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire both in-house and remote teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CRMs, and sourcing tools is a plus.
