Job Summary:
Cosmopet is a manufacturer of modern, innovative pet foods, offering a wide range of dog and cat food and treats under the Cosmodog and Cosmocat brands. Our products are successfully sold in international markets including the UAE, Russia, China, and Thailand. As we continue to grow our UAE team, we are looking for a Junior B2B Sales Executive who will also support merchandising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new pet venues across the UAE (pet shops, vet clinics, grooming salons, pet-friendly cafes).
- Approach and engage potential partners, presenting our products and brand story.
- Collect and maintain contact details of key decision-makers, building a pipeline of prospects.
- Support in keeping the B2B CRM base, sales reporting
- Oversee product merchandising in stores: ensure displays are well-stocked and follow brand standards.
- Address on-the-ground issues like damaged packaging, misplaced stock, or competitors taking your shelf space.
- Set up and maintain point-of-sale materials (shelfs, wobblers, banners, standees).
- Take regular photos of shelf displays for reporting and brand monitoring.
- Negotiate and secure additional visibility spots (end caps, near checkout, pet grooming areas).
Skills and Competencies
- Minimum Experience in B2B sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Languages: fluent English written and spoken, additional language is a plus
Other Requirements
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
