Bakery Chef (3 Years Experience)
Position Summary:
The Bakery Chef oversees daily bread and baked goods production, ensuring quality and consistency while meeting customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake bread, rolls, croissants, and other bakery items.
- Monitor dough fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking processes.
- Develop new bakery products to expand the menu.
- Maintain stock levels of raw ingredients and baking supplies.
- Ensure bakery equipment is properly maintained.
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certification or training in baking preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of bakery experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of artisan bread-making and commercial baking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
