Job Title: Baker – Mediterranean Flatbread (Manakish/Wrap Style)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced baker to join our kitchen, specializing in traditional Mediterranean flatbreads, particularly manakish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, and baking, with a strong understanding of Mediterranean baking techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, knead, and bake flatbreads to consistent quality standards
- Manage dough fermentation, proofing, and baking times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily production needs
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
Requirements:
- Prior professional baking experience is a must, preferably in Mediterranean or Middle Eastern bread-making
- Strong knowledge of dough handling and oven techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
