Join our team and showcase your passion for baking! We’re looking for a skilled Baker to prepare fresh breads, pastries, and desserts with creativity and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and bake fresh bread and other bakery items daily.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation according to company standards.
- Follow recipes and maintain proper portion control.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in creating new bakery products and seasonal offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production schedules and customer demand.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of baking experience
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques & food safety
- Ability to work early mornings & in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passion, teamwork & attention to detail
