As a Barista at our high-end coffee shop, you will be responsible for crafting perfect coffee and espresso-based drinks, while delivering an unforgettable customer experience. You will be an integral part of our team, showcasing your knowledge and passion for specialty coffee in an elegant, fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and consistency.
• Expertly operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with customers.
• Educate customers on coffee options, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to help them discover new favorites.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Create beautiful latte art and ensure every drink meets our quality standards.
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide seamless service during peak hours.
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that the store’s ambiance is welcoming, clean, and up to our high standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista in a high-end or specialty coffee shop is highly preferred.
• Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and espresso drinks.
• Ability to create beautiful latte art and serve drinks with exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee and food pairings is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, with a focus on punctuality, reliability, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
