Job Title: Barista (Coffee Corner inside Medical Center, Al Ain)

Job Type: Full-time (6 days/week)
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 + incentives (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are opening a premium coffee corner inside Elegance Medical Center and are looking for a friendly, skilled, and reliable Barista. You will prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent service to staff, patients, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based and iced coffee drinks, tea, and light snacks
Operate espresso machine, grinder, and blender
Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
Restock supplies and manage inventory
Provide friendly and fast customer service
Requirements:
Previous barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Professional appearance and hygiene standards
Ability to work independently
