Barista

Location: Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, and delivers exceptional customer service with a smile. You’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a great experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and smoothies.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing queries or concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and customer seating areas.
• Ensure all products meet our quality and presentation standards.
• Handle cash and card payments efficiently and accurately.
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, milk, coffee beans, etc., as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
