As our academy continues to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Basketball Coach to join our coaching team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging basketball training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach core fundamentals and advanced techniques in line with international standards.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages growth and discipline.
Monitor player development and provide regular feedback to athletes and parents.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Education or related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Previous coaching experience (required).
- Experience in European Basketball Leagues (preferred).
- Strong understanding of basketball fundamentals and game strategies.
- Prior or current experience as a professional basketball player (a plus).
- Energetic, motivated, and passionate about youth development.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with players and families from diverse backgrounds.
