Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Bike Rider cum Waiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering orders to customers promptly and safely, as well as assisting with in-house dining services. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, a good sense of direction, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service both inside and outside the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages to customers safely, accurately, and within the stipulated time.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer orders, receipts, and cash or card payments during delivery.
- Assist the restaurant staff with dine-in service including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and responding to customer needs.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Ensure the delivery bike is regularly cleaned, fueled, and maintained in good working condition.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, food safety, and traffic laws and regulations at all times.
- Maintain clear communication with restaurant management and kitchen staff to coordinate orders and deliveries efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or customer complaints promptly to management.
- Assist in other restaurant duties as required by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in delivery and/or restaurant waiter roles is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads and navigation.
- Basic cash handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physically fit and able to ride motorcycle safely for long periods.
- Good customer service skills and a polite, professional attitude.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
Working Hours:
10 hours per day, 6 days a week with one weekly off.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
