Job Title: Bike Rider
Location: Safe Life Pharmacy L.L.C, Abu Hail, Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years as a delivery rider or similar role in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
As a Bike Rider for our pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Safely and promptly delivering medicines and other pharmacy-related products to customers.
Ensuring compliance with all delivery schedules and routes as assigned.
Maintaining a professional and customer-friendly attitude during deliveries.
Collecting payments (if applicable) and submitting them to the designated authority promptly.
Handling goods with care, ensuring the safety and quality of the products being delivered.
Maintaining accurate delivery logs and records of all transactions.
Performing daily vehicle maintenance checks to ensure the bike is in excellent working condition.
Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations for safe delivery operations.
Reporting any incidents, delays, or challenges encountered during delivery to the supervisor.
Requirements and Skills
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of delivery experience in the UAE (experience in a pharmacy is an advantage).
Skills:
Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
Familiarity with Dubai routes and locations.
Good communication skills (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented.
Basic knowledge of handling pharmaceutical products is preferred.
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple deliveries.
