- Coordinate daily deployment of blue-collar workers to various job sites or shifts
- Monitor attendance, manage shift schedules, and handle replacements or last-minute changes
- Maintain updated manpower lists and duty rosters
- Assign duties to staff based on job priorities and skill sets
- Ensure workers understand their tasks and are equipped with the required tools or PPE
- Maintain logs of daily operations, work completion, staff attendance, and incidents
- Assist in preparing basic reports or summaries for internal use
- Ensure field teams follow all safety and operational protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
