- Estimate repair jobs at insurance locations or customer premises.
- Negotiate effectively with insurance company surveyors for accident repair approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation and pricing for profitability.
- Bring in accident repair jobs to the workshop to support revenue goals.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through accurate and timely estimations.
