- Job Description: Branch Manager (Exchange House)
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the exchange house branch, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Manage and mentor branch staff, promoting a positive work environment and high levels of customer service.
- Develop and implement branch strategies to meet financial targets, including currency exchange volume and customer acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on compliance, product offerings, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with corporate management to implement marketing initiatives and promote branch services.
- Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably within an exchange house, bank, or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of currency exchange processes and financial regulations, including AML compliance.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
